Most anticipated [PC] Games for 2008

While browsing through my game collection, I got the idea to compile a short list of my personal most anticipated games scheduled for release this year or later. I know that there are many more good or even great titles announced already, but I'm really looking forward to get my hands on all of these:
1. Fallout 3
The post-nuclear/apocalypse scenario of Fallout 3 is quite appealing to me, as a matter of fact, I find it particularly refreshing after all those "Elder Scrolls" installments in the last years. This will hopefully be action-roleplaying at its best - by far my most anticipated game of the year.

Here is what Bethesda has to say:
"Vault-Tec engineers have worked around the clock on an interactive reproduction of Wasteland life for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own vault. Included is an expansive world, unique combat, shockingly realistic visuals, tons of player choice, and an incredible cast of dynamic characters. Every minute is a fight for survival against the terrors of the outside world – radiation, Super Mutants, and hostile mutated creatures. From Vault-Tec, America’s First Choice in Post Nuclear Simulation. [...]"

2. - Terran Conflict
Not much is known about the latest title in the X-Universe, other than the fact that it will continue to tell the story of all known races from X and that it will come full circle - as the title already suggests - to Earth/Terra, where it all began. It sounds, like this will be the last [stand alone singleplayer] game from the series. Unfortunately there is no other from the same genre released or announced.
Action-space simulation is my favorite game genre of all time [and probably will be]. The mixed in trading and building aspects make this game even more addictive - hours of continuously playing are no rarity - in fact, these kind of games are a relationship killer! You've been warned ;-).
X³: Terran Conflict is a brand new, stand-alone game set in the universe of X³. It is the culmination of the X trilogy, with a grand finale that takes us all the way back to Earth's own solar system. Gamers can take on the roles of different characters in the X universe, or of a Terran military pilot, and experience a multitude of stories in the largest X universe ever featured – for X³: Terran Conflict will offer more missions than any other X game before. Meanwhile, X³: Terran Conflict will pose questions such as: How has Earth changed in all these years? And how will relations between Earth and its counterparts in the X universe develop?

3. Red Alert 3
As a fan of the original "Command & Conquer" series, I was quite pleased to hear about the recently announced Red Alert 3. The spin-off focuses on an alternate universe where the outcome of World War II was totally different, time travel and some crazy units like Tesla coils or domesticated dolphins. What I always liked most about this spin-off is, it doesn't take itself too seriously - reflected by story telling live-action movies throughout the game. Although being used in all "Command & Conquer" games, they feel overacted and firm in the latest installment "Command & Conquer: Generals", making the game experience not quite as pleasant as originally hoped for. Nevertheless, I've always enjoyed playing both incarnations alike.

Taken from http://www.redalert3.com:
After seven years, Red Alert returns! After a time travel mission goes awry, a new superpower has been thrust onto the world stage and World War III is raging. The Empire of the Rising Sun has risen in the East, making WW III a three-way struggle between the Soviets, the Allies, and the Empire with armies fielding wacky and wonderful weapons and technologies such as Tesla coils, heavily armed War Blimps, teleportation, armored bears, intelligent dolphins, floating island fortresses, and transforming tanks.
